Stephen Blackwell is an actor from Detroit, Michigan.The eldest of three siblings, Blackwell earned his Bachelorof Fine Arts from Wayne State University (Detroit) and his Master'sDegree from the University of Florida. While he got his start in theater,Stephen is currently segueing into more film and television work.
