Ross McCormack

Biography

Ross McCormack's career began on the West End stage aged 9 where he played lead roles in no less than three West End musicals for Cameron Mackintosh. His training was at the New York Film Academy and the prestigious Tring Park School for the Performing Arts (formerly Arts educational School). Ross is of Anglo-Irish descent and was raised in Essex, not only a very talented actor, he is also an highly skilled drummer and played the world famous drummer; Kenny Jones of The Small Faces in a biographical play about that very same group. Ross has gone on to appear in a number of television series and films in the UK. Ross played Young Singe in the feature film Mum's List, Ross's character in adult life is played by the English actor Rafe Spall, the film, written and directed by Niall Johnson (White Noise, Keeping Mum), is based on the best-selling book by St John (Singe) Greene. Ross is also a professional DJ, playing in clubs across the world.
