Overview

The film, based on the director's novel "The Economic History of Russia", tracks the evolution of the Russian business world from the IX to the XX century. Andrey Kuzmichev leads the audience through various historical epochs, examining the main types of entrepreneurship, the socio-economic portrait of the entrepreneur of each era and their social status. The film reveals how challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurs have changed at different times and how these changes have affected the formation of the Russian business community.
